Wee One (Plus One) - A Workshop for Toddlers and Parents
Young children and their parents will move through a creative yoga sequence that focuses on body awareness, breathing exercises to regulate emotions and building a relationship between parent and child. For children ages 18 months to 3 years old and their parents. Starts October 12 at 9:30 am.
This 2 hour workshop is designed to help you draw your attention away from the external noise of the world and go inward. Michelle will take guide you through a journey of self-exploration, using a combination of Kosha meditation, Chakra meditation and Yoga Nidra. Saturday, Oct 29 at 4 pm.
Our prenatal yoga series is over four weeks and each session includes a combination of movement, meditation, breath-work, and education. You will learn asana, relaxation, and breathing techniques to help you with the birthing process, and have an opportunity to ask lots of questions. New series starts Tuesday, Nov 1 at 5 pm.
