About Us

On The Mat strives to be a studio that is both joyful to practice and teach in. We are a team of enthusiastic, passionate, and skilled instructors with extensive combined experience teaching yoga both locally and abroad. Sound healing invites you into deep restoration, shifting your brainwave state to bring you into your body and subconscious mind. Parent and Babe

A 6 week series designed to help you back on your mat. Bring your little bundle with you, and move your body in a safe, supportive, and like-minded environment. Starting Friday, March 24 at 11 am.

Classes

Vinyasa Flow

A movement filled class where breath is linked with physical flow. Use all of your major muscle groups and bring your joints through their full range of motion.

Robin Asana pose

Power Flow

This class is similar to the Vinyasa Flow with some lengthier sequences, and longer holds. Expect to get sweaty and feel strong.

Yin

Yin is a slow paced style of yoga, with poses that are held for longer periods of time. These grounding postures get deep into the body to soften muscle tension.  We recommend you bring props for this class.  A foamie, blocks and a bolster are great ideas, but not necessary.

This pass never expires. If your schedule is all over the board, if you LOVE that one class or one particular teacher - we see you, and a 10 Class Pass might be the perfect option.

annual monthly membership

$90.00/month

This is our most popular membership. It’s best suited for those yogis who take 2 or more classes per week, and find low monthly payments the best way to go.
