How you breathe is how you live...

By learning to master our breathing, we are able to master our attention, get present in our own lives, and release physical tension as well as emotional patterns and stories that we no longer need.  This workshop will explore the potential of what is possible, both mentally and physically, when we rythmically move our breath.  Through carefully curated music, skillful breath cueing and coaching, Jolene will safely guide you through 2 transformational hours.
