Sarah is a Registered Massage Therapist and Co-Owner of Total Kneads Health and Wellness. She is also a musician with the band Big Fish, and lover of life! Sarah completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2008 and has been teaching classes for over a dozen years. Sarah is a lover of all things physical, and along with teaching yoga, has completed her Personal Training Certification, Real Ryder Cycling training, RYTT 200 hour, Yoga for Kids, Prenatal Yoga Certification, Yogassage Certification, Barre training at The Pilates Barre Halifax and many other workshops along the way. She teaches with mindfulness, strong body awareness, and integrity. No two classes are ever the same. You should expect core work, multidirectional movement, and lots of fun.
