New to yoga?  Brand new, new-ish, coming back after a long time?

Regardless of where you’ve been, and where you’re going, we’re confident there is a place for you on our schedule.

We suggest that people start with our Yin Yang classes, as they are a combination of both movement, and stillness. Feel free to stay with these classes forever (some of our most experienced yogis enjoy these classes the MOST), or once you are more comfortable, talk to your teacher about what you are looking for in your practice. If it’s more movement, they may suggest a Vinyasa or Power class. Looking for more stillness or restoration? They might encourage you to try a Yin or one of our Restorative classes.
