Siobhan Sears

(she/her)

Siobhan Sears grew up in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.  After residing on the West Coast for nearly two decades, she decided to pack up her life and move back to the east coast. She is a seeking of adventure and has travelled many times abroad to study and practice yoga. She has had a daily yoga practice for 18 years and has immersed herself in the Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa tradition for the past 14 years. Siobhan embodies a balanced approach to her classes, and loves witnessing her students dropping into their bodies and finding a practice that exudes movement and creative flow.

Siobhan also spends much of her time practicing Thai Massage and Ayurvedic bodywork. She received a diploma of Eastern Therapies from Pacific Rim in Victoria BC. Her beloved teacher and mentor Nikki Manzie is a forever source of wisdom, clarity, and support for her as she walks on the path of offering these healing modalities in medicine and therapy. Siobhan’s lifestyle involves encouraging  local, sustainable, natural, organic and farm fresh as much as possible. She loves to stare at the sky, feel the sun on her skin, get lost in the woods and swim in cold bodies of water.
