A movement filled class where breath is linked with physical flow. Use all of your major muscle groups and bring your joints through their full range of motion.
This class is similar to the Vinyasa Flow with some lengthier sequences, and longer holds. Expect to get sweaty and feel strong.
Yin is a slow paced style of yoga, with poses that are held for longer periods of time. These grounding postures get deep into the body to soften muscle tension. We recommend you bring props for this class. A foamie, blocks and a bolster are great ideas, but not necessary.
Yin / Yang
This is a combination class which includes both movement through Vinyasa Flow, as well as Yin yoga. It is a delicious merger of motion and stillness, all while connecting to one’s breath. In order to maximize your comfort, it's always a great idea to bring props that you think might enhance your practice.
This class is a practice of letting go, and being in supported stillness and comfort. This class uses props and blankets (provided) to allow for deep rest of both the mind and body. Bring all the soft and comfy props for this class; think blankets, a bolster and warm clothing.
By donation drop-in classes in which the instructor’s time is donated, and all funds raised are given to a chosen charity. A great way to try out different instructors, experiment with new classes, and build community. Keep an eye out on our schedule and social media for upcoming classes.
Mind Body Bliss
A soothing combination of Yin, Restorative and Nidra all wrapped up in one delicious 90 minute class. Any props that will allow you to fall in to a deeper level of restoration are recommended; think bolster, blanket, fuzzy socks, and a cozy sweatshirt.
Private or Semi Private Yoga Class
A class that is all about you. Whether you are dealing with injury, mobility issues, or are looking to build confidence before trying out the regular schedule. A teacher will take time to ask questions, and work with your body to help you realize your yoga goals. Prices start at $85 per hour plus HST, and vary depending on instructor. R and R
An hour that starts with a little slow flow and moves in to copious amounts of delicious Yin and Restorative poses to help completely press the reset button on your week. Recharge, reboot, or restore...whatever R you're craving, this class is sure to deliver. Make sure to bring blocks, foamies, bolsters and blankets if you want to be extra cozy during class.
A.I. - Ashtanga Influenced Power Flow
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, flowing style that connects the movement of the body with the breath, and works with a set series of traditional postures. Expect to flow, build heat and momentum, focus your mind, and grow your practice with this Ashtanga Influenced Power Flow.
Parent and Babe
This class is a chance for you to flow with, or alongside your little one. Move your muscles, release tension in your shoulders, and start to regain stability in your abdominal muscles...all in a safe and supportive environment. Bring what you need to take care of yourself and your bundle.
"Hands On" - Restorative Workshop for Private Group
"Hands On" is a 90 minute workshop combining Restorative yoga poses and Thai Yoga Massage infused assists. Maximum group size of 6 persons.
Wake Up Flow
A delicious blend of gentle, dynamic movement, and slow thougthful flow. The perfect way to wake up your body, and start your day.
"The Works" is a mashup of your favourite yoga poses, mindful HIIT movement, and strength building exercises. Expect to move (barefoot) around your mat in an all levels, accessible way that is easily self adjustable in terms of intensity and range of motion. The class always ends with a satisfying and sweaty savassana.
Mobility and Release (M&R)
This class targets the connective tissues, muscles and the nervous system through a combination of myofascial release, dynamic movement, and long held static stretches. Perfect for the armchair athlete and yogi alike - this class will provide a full body reset.
