A movement filled class where breath is linked with physical flow. Use all of your major muscle groups and bring your joints through their full range of motion.
This class is similar to the Vinyasa Flow with some lengthier sequences, and longer holds. Expect to get sweaty and feel strong.
Yin is a slow paced style of yoga, with poses that are held for longer periods of time. These grounding postures get deep into the body to soften muscle tension.
Yin / Yang
This is a combination class which includes both movement through Vinyasa Flow, as well as Yin yoga. It is a delicious merger of motion and stillness, all while connecting to one’s breath.
This class is a practice of letting go, and being in supported stillness and comfort. This class uses props and blankets (provided) to allow for deep rest of both the mind and body.
Yoga Nidra translates to yogic sleep, or deep rest, and allows the body and mind to reset and restore. The Nidra is verbally guided while the participant remains still and in maximum comfort the entire time, absorbing the script and slipping deeper into rest.
This class is designed for all mothers to be, regardless of shape or size. This is a class that combines both movement and restoration. Designed to help prepare the body for birth by keeping joints supple, muscles strong and the mind open.
By donation drop-in classes in which the instructor’s time is donated, and all funds raised are given to a chosen charity. A great way to try out different instructors, experiment with new classes, and build community.
