Chloe discovered yoga as a healing modality, and viable route to return to an active lifestyle after a debilitating injury. Chloe's teaching style reflects what is most important to her in a class: functional strength, anatomy, and intentionality. Her classes combine playful and challenging sequences, while focusing on specific parts of the physical body to help achieve the pose to the best of one’s ability!
