Meaghan Cahill is an Intuitive Eating and Body Image Coach, founder and owner of Cahill Wellness and creator of the Freedom & Trust Method. Meaghan takes an anti-diet/health at every size approach in her practice where she helps her clients redefine their health beyond the number on a scale, so that they can finally experience food peace and body joy, free from all the diet culture nonsense. Her passion for this work was birthed from her own struggle with food and body image throughout her life, and so it became her mission to help shift the cultural narrative around weight and health from a place of fear and control to a place of compassion and trust.
‘Intuitive Eating 101,’ will take a deep dive in to what intuitive eating is - common misconceptions about intuitive eating, why it is a healthier alternative to dieting and an overview of the top five principles of this framework. This will be interactive, informative, and maybe more than a little eye opening. This 90 minute workshop will serve as an opportunity to break the diet cycle and shed light on how to pursue health in a way that feels pleasurable and sustainable.
