Join Jody twice a week, for a 4 week series focused on building strength, balance, and mobility. Using both bands and body weight movements, Jody will guide you through a 60 minute strength training class designed to increase confidence in how your body moves and responds in day to day physical challenges, and increases your range of motion and balance.
