This workshop series is designed to explore the most common yin yoga poses used to target specific areas of the body. In this interactive workshop you will explore the anatomy, and the movements of the targeted area. Learn why some poses work better in your body than others, what you should be feeling, and where in the body you should and should not be feeling it. This workshop is designed for those looking to deepen their existing Yin practice, or for those who are looking to round out their Vinyasa practice. This series will leave you with a much clearer understanding and appreciation for all things Yin.
