Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses that target the connective tissues. Unlike Vinyasa yoga that works the muscles, Yin stresses the ligaments, joints, bones and the fascia. Join Michelle for 90 minutes of stability, stretch and stillness, followed by 30 minutes of restorative Nidra. This workshop is a hug for your nervous system, and will deeply relax your body and mind. Limited to 12 students.
