Starting Friday, June 29th at 6 am with Anna Von Maltzahn

An hour long class that will take your body through all the feels.  Expect to work up a sweat with HIIT style intervals in the first half of the class, and then slow things down, and stretch things out with a Vinyasa Flow for the last 30 minutes.  All levels of fitness are celebrated, and a sense of humor is greatly appreciated.
