Turn your practice upside down! In this two hour workshop you will get familiar with headstands, forearm stands, and handstands. Focus on building strength, stability and alignment in order to gain the confidence to safely play with these poses. Prior experience with inversions is not necessary, but an existing yoga practice is recommended. Bring your adventurous spirit, and prepare to have fun!
