Sunday, March 29 from 1-4:30 pm with Cleo Burke - $50 plus HST

Being Trauma-Informed means orienting towards providing services in a way that is welcoming and appropriate to those affected by trauma. To do so asks us to investigate our perceptions of safety, driving assumptions, understanding of power dynamics, and patterns of communication. This introductory workshop will explore the ways in which teaching yoga and being Trauma-Informed intersect, and what that means for us as yoga teachers.
