Sheri has been practicing yoga since 2002, when she realized that her favourite part of her workouts was the “stretching” she did afterwards. Much to her surprise, these quiet moments had a name, and she’s been in love with the practice of Yoga ever since. She is an RYT-500 certified teacher, and has been been teaching since 2009. Sheri has a passion for energetic vinyasa based practices, influenced by years of practicing Ashtanga. Her classes are infused with mindfulness, with a focus on alignment and breath. She encourages a playful practice that includes arm balances and anything where she can be upside down.
Outside of teaching yoga, Sheri works with children and families as a Speech-Language Pathologist and a Mental Health Researcher.
