For those students who enjoy consistency, measuring challenges and progression, a set sequence is a perfect place to touch base with your practice regularly. This sequence was written to be a full spectrum yoga practice covering all areas of the body and most groups of yoga poses. It combines strength, flexibility and mindfulness in all major areas of the body. In this two hour workshop students can learn the sequence, with the focus being that in time students will be able to practice at their own pace and with their own breath. Some previous experience would be beneficial, but not necessary, as the sequence was written to be progressive and adaptable to the individual student.
