Nikki’s first yoga practice was in the Ashtanga lineage, but her interest in exploring more creative poses, arm balances and inversions led her to vinyasa yoga. Nikki spent more than 15 years in Sales and Management roles before choosing to teach yoga full time. Nikki's classes are challenging yet playful, and reflect her own passion for trying new things, getting upside-down, and practicing with a sense of adventure.
When Nikki isn't teaching, she writes novels and movie scripts, spends time with her 2 year old niece whom she adores, and stays close to the ocean, where she is most at home.
