Michelle believes that essentially yoga is a tool for creating connection to self, the source, and the present moment. It enables us to go into the world, and connect authentically with others.
She is certified in Power Flow, Yin yoga, Pre-natal yoga, Kids Yoga, and has done advanced training in Restorative Yoga. Her classes offer lots of space to explore the balance between challenge and acceptance. and awareness of body and breath.
