M3 - Mindful Movement and Meditation

Starting Wednesday, February 19 from 7-8 am, and running for 4 weeks with Robin Thompson

A gentle start to your morning with some mindful movement, thoughtful connection to breath, and an opportunity to centre yourself in stillness, through seated meditation. An all-levels Hatha style practice that will gently guide students through approximately 40 minutes of the perfect amount of early morning asana, followed by 20 minutes of spacious meditation.
