Kirsten believes strongly in the mind body connection that comes from a powerful yoga practice. She found yoga during her studies in university, and she believes it gives her an avenue to explore who she is and what she stands for. Through her 9 years of practice and 7 years of teaching she has come to deliver a practice that can be physically and mentally challenging, while rooted in accessibility. Aside from yoga, her list of passions include her dog, her family, and the east coast.
