Sunday, September 22 at 7 pm with Robin Thompson - By Donation Class
Come celebrate the Fall Equinox with 108 Sun Salutations. This continuous practice is meant to be a meditation in motion, and modifications will be given. Coming together in collective energy is supportive, and means you can take rest in your body when you need it, as you are still contributing your presence and breath to the practise. Our fall or autumnal equinox celebrates the equality of the sun and the moon, equal in day and night. This date is a time for gratitude, new beginnings, and yoga to represent our connection to the world.
By donation Karma Class, all funds raised go towards Robin's children's charity in India.
The practice of 108 Sun Salutations usually takes about 90 minutes, the class will begin with instruction and modifications, and end with some gentle release postures and lengthy savasana
