Jivamukti is a style of yoga that uses breath and movement as tools to create space for greater connection to one’s physical and spiritual self. The classes are characterized by a combination of flowing vinyasa sequences, music, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance and meditation. Each 2 hour workshop style class will include Jivamukti’s 5 tenets; Shastra (scripture), Bhakti (devotion), Ahimsa (kindness), Nada (muci), and Dhyana (meditation). This energizing workshop will lean in to flow and movement, using set sequences to build physical heat and mental and spiritual awareness.
