Haley was first drawn to yoga for exercise. As time went on she realized how powerful and healing it was to move with intention and breath. Her classes are rooted in this base. Haley is currently in the process of becoming a 500 Hour RYT. She has completed her previous trainings through Shanti Hot Yoga and studied under Meghan Currie. Haley’s intention for her classes is to find balance through mindful movements that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. Aside from teaching yoga, Haley loves to spend time with family, friends, reading and being out in nature.
