How you breathe is how you live your life.  The breath is fundamental to our physical lives, but we often ignore its importance in our emotional and mental well being.  We practice moving our bodies, but very rarely do we prioritize consciously moving our breath.  The practice of breath-work is a therapeutic modality that shifts energy and awareness throughout our bodies, and has the power to shift our perspective. Yogis and other ancient cultures believed that the breath was the bridge from the external world to the body.  By learning to master our breathing, we are able to master our attention, get present in our own lives, and release physical tension as well as emotional patterns and stories that we no longer need.  Through carefully curated music, skillful breath cueing and coaching, Jolene will safely guide you through 2 transformational hours.  Please be advised that this type of breathwork can bring about intense emotions, and is not recommended for people who are prone to panic attacks, suffer from a history of psychosis, or are dealing with uncontrolled blood pressure, glaucoma or cardiovascular disease.
