In this workshop we will work through the Ashtanga postures with LOTS of options for exploring alternative poses and modifications - no one size fits all! We will focus on the form and sequence of the practice so that you can experience the entire series from start to finish. We’ll break down some of the more complicated postures and take a bit of extra time to learn how to transition from posture to posture. This workshop is geared towards those who maybe have enjoyed a shorter Ashtanga practice, and want to experience the entire series, those who have not practiced in a while, and those who have never practiced ashtanga, but would like to try. Bring a playful spirit and a curious mind!
